Menstrual Nutrition Porridge

I have severe dysmenorrhea, so I drink this porridge almost every day. I put all the beans that can be put together in one container for fear of trouble.

Get everything ready to wash

Put the cleaned beans into an electric pressure cooker and add water

Add brown sugar at the end
