I always feel that Cantonese-style mooncakes are too greasy. If you happen to think so, then you might as well try this meringue mooncake to experience the crispness to the dregs..."

Meringue Moon Cakes

1. Mix and knead the ingredients of shortbread and water and oily skin into two smooth doughs, let stand for 30 minutes for later use

2. Divide the oil pastry and water oil into 10 equal parts

3. Take a water and oily skin, squeeze and wrap the shortbread, tighten it into a spherical shape, and wrap all the dough in turn

4. Take a dough and close it down, flatten it into a tongue shape, and roll it up from one end

5. After everything is done, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes

6. Roll it into a beef tongue again and roll it up from one end

7. Tighten from both ends to the middle

8. Flatten and roll into a circle

9. Wrap the right amount of stuffing (you can use five kernels, minced meat, etc. as you like). Tighten the mouth like a bun and place it on the baking tray.

10. Squeeze as shown

11. You can also print beautiful patterns, preheat the oven at 180 degrees, and bake the middle layer for 15 minutes, then turn it over and bake for another 10 minutes.

12. Finished picture

Tips:

Because the temperature of each oven is different, the specific temperature should be adjusted slightly according to the temperament of your own oven
