Mickey Minnie Pastry

1. Prepare 240 grams of all-purpose flour

2. Put 3 grams of yeast in a bowl, 20 grams of sugar, and 130 grams of water

3. Pour the yeast mixture liquid on the all-purpose flour, making it flocculent

4. Take out 50 noodles and put it in another bowl

5. Take out 20 grams of noodles and put it in another bowl, and add 1 gram of red yeast rice noodles

6. Add 3 grams of cocoa powder to the remaining dough

7. Knead the dough in the three bowls into smooth dough

8. Prove the three doughs in a warm place for about an hour, and the dough will double in volume

9. Sprinkle some dry flour on the cutting board, and knead the brown dough into four equal parts of Mickey Mouse's head and ears. Spread a little water on the ears and stick to the head, and leave a little bit of dough on each equal part. Don’t use dough. All used up

10. Knead all four Mickey Mouse heads and ears in the same way

11. Divide the white dough into four equal parts and round each part

12. Squash by hand

13. Roll out the white dough flat

14. Rotate 90 degrees and continue to flatten

15. Cut the flat dough into the face of Mickey Mouse

16. Use a little water to stick the white dough on Mickey Mouse's head

17. Make Mickey Mouse's eyes and nose with the extra brown dough

18. Divide the red dough into three equal parts and roll out two of them separately

19. After flattening, squeeze into the shape shown in the figure

20. Take a little dough from the remaining red dough to make the middle part of the bow

21. Glue the bow to Mickey Mouse's head with a little water

22. The remaining red dough will make Mickey Mouse's mouth and blush

23. If Minnie is done, make another Mickey in the same way

24. Put a little olive oil on the plate, and put Mickey and Minnie on the plate. The steamer is limited in size, so two are steamed first, and then the other two. Steam on medium heat for 15 minutes, do not open the lid after steaming, open the lid and take out after simmering for 5 minutes
