Microwave Cake

Weigh the cake flour into a bowl, beat 4 eggs into the bowl

Brown sugar, baking powder, oil, water, red dates (red dates are pitted first, cut into small pieces, add some water and microwave for 1 minute before putting them in the bowl), brown sugar should melt first, I didn’t melt it, just add it to the bowl, all Stir the ingredients together evenly

Pour the evenly stirred batter into a disposable cup, 7 minutes full, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, turn the microwave on high heat for 4 minutes

This is the tissue inside the cake. It looks very soft and delicious!
Tips:
I didn’t follow the order of the recipe. I stirred all the ingredients together. The order of the recipe is (egg~brown sugar~oil~low-gluten flour~baking powder~red dates)
