Microwave Enoki Mushroom

Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms and clean them.

Control the moisture of the enoki mushrooms and pour all the seasonings except the chopped pepper and chopped chives into a bowl. Because the soybean paste and steamed fish soy sauce are both salty, the amount of salt is controlled by myself. I am not putting salt in it.

Put the enoki mushrooms in a microwaveable container with a lid.

Pour the seasoning sauce on top of enoki mushrooms.
5.
Cover the lid and put in the microwave on high heat for 2 minutes.
6.
Pour chopped peppers and chopped green onions.
7.
Very delicious.
Tips:
Flammulina velutipes is very ripe, and the microwave time is not recommended to exceed 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
