Microwave Mushroom Chicken Rice

Soak the dried mushrooms in advance to moisten, drain the water and cut the canopy into cubes. Wash the chicken breasts, dice and set aside.

Add diced chicken breast to ginger slices, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, starch, and oil to taste, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.

After the japonica rice is washed, put it in a container and pour an appropriate amount of boiling water to soak for 30 minutes.

Put it in a microwave oven, cover with a special perforated lid, heat it on high heat for 10 minutes, and take it out.

Spread the diced mushrooms on the rice, then put the marinated chicken breasts and drizzle with a little sesame oil.

Close the lid, put it in the microwave, cook on high heat for 5 minutes, and take it out.

You can add a little sesame sesame oil before eating and mix well.
Tips:
For making mushroom chicken rice, chicken breast is recommended because of its tender meat and better taste.
