Microwave Okra Custard

Prepare the ingredients

The okra is blanched in water for one minute, and it’s too cold.

Beat the eggs into the basin and sprinkle some pepper to get rid of the smell

The egg mixture is well mixed

Pour in cold boiled water and stir well

Sift the beaten egg

Sift and pour into a microwave steaming bowl

Okra cut into small pieces

The okra section is sprinkled into the egg mixture

Put it in the microwave, choose steamed egg and start working (my home is Galanz convection oven)

Just stop the microwave oven! About 6 minutes

Microwave okra custard is also quite good, tender and refreshing
Tips:
Tips: It’s necessary to sift the egg mixture evenly. The okra will be blanched for one minute and the color will look better. If there is no microwave oven, use an ordinary pot. I only put light soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil for the seasoning
