Microwave Potato Chips
1.
Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them in half with a knife in the middle; then cut them into potato slices of about 1 mm.
This step tests the knives of your friends. In fact, it doesn't matter if you cut a little thicker. The key is to make each piece evenly. When baking in this way, the overall heat is better controlled, so that it will not be a little burnt, and some will not be cooked.
2.
Soak the potato chips in clean water for about 5 minutes.
3.
Drain the potatoes, wash them, add a pinch of salt, massage them evenly, and marinate for another 30 minutes. If you like other flavors, you can marinate with other flavors in this step.
4.
Put a piece of greased paper on the plate and spread the potato chips evenly.
5.
Put it in the microwave, turn it over for 2 minutes on high heat, and turn it over for another 3 minutes. For the second 3 minutes, you can set it to 1 minute, turn it on, and then another 1 minute...control the heat so as not to burn. In addition, some thinly sliced ones can be taken out in advance. The picture is high fire, it looks like 2 minutes~
6.
