Microwave Roasted Chicken Drumsticks

Prepare chicken drumsticks, chives, and peppers.

Clean the drumsticks and put them in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, top with light soy sauce, vinegar, and cooking wine.

Add chives, cumin powder, pepper powder, chili powder and seasoning.

Mix well and marinate for half a day to taste.
