Microwave Roasted Eggplant

Eggplant/garlic/pepper chili powder/oyster sauce/cumin powder/scallion

Cut minced garlic.

Put the eggplant in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Split in half.

Heat a pan with cold oil, add minced garlic, chili powder, pepper, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and stir well.
