1.
Ingredients: I used a slightly larger chicken wings, a total of 12, salt and pepper powder
2.
Accessories: honey, white vinegar, dark soy, edible oil
3.
Wash the chicken wings, soak in clean water for 20 minutes in advance, take out and cut with a knife
4.
Use kitchen paper towels to absorb surface moisture
5.
Pour into the container, sprinkle with salt and pepper powder, stir evenly
6.
Wrap in plastic wrap and marinate for 20 minutes
7.
Prepare a container and use honey, white vinegar, light soy sauce and cooking oil to make a crispy juice for later use
8.
Place the marinated chicken wings evenly on the plate, use the C-2 function of the grill combination (microwave grill combination function), and bake for 25 minutes
9.
Press pause in the middle, take out the chicken wings, brush both sides with crispy sauce, put it in the microwave to continue microwave
Tips:
1. If you can't buy salt and pepper powder, you can use the method of homemade salt and pepper powder: dry the pepper and remove the seeds, mix and grind with salt in a ratio of 1:2
2. The chicken wings will release their own oil during the microwave process. Not only does it help to taste, but it also helps to secrete oil, so there is no need to use too much oil.
3. When microwave, pay attention to choosing a special grill or container to avoid accidents.
