Baked rice is a favorite of both of our mothers, my understanding: fried rice + cheese = baked rice, of course it is a simplified version! And I plan to use a microwave oven for this baked rice, because my daughter’s unit has a microwave oven, so energy should not be wasted. Another reason is that my daughter’s classmates asked me to make more microwave recipes. Let’s start microwave now!
The initial preparation of this meal is fried rice, leftover rice, Chinese sausage, green beans, potatoes, etc. You can add anything you like, except for those with high moisture. Spread a lot of mozzarella cheese on the fried rice and microwave for 3 minutes on high heat.

Microwave Sausage and Cheese Baked Rice

1. Preparation materials: cut carrots into small cubes, cut potatoes and sausage into small pieces, mince onions and garlic, and cook potatoes first.

2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

3. Pour in green beans, carrots and sausage and stir fry for a while.

4. Pour the rice, shovel the rice with a shovel, then stir-fry evenly, try to separate the rice grains.

5. Pour in potatoes and salt and sugar, and stir-fry evenly. The reason why the potatoes are cooked when the rice is about to be cooked is because the potatoes are already cooked.

6. Put fried rice in a porcelain baking bowl. Use a microwave-usable container for the container.

7. Sprinkle a lot of shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle as much as you like for cheese lovers!

8. Keep the microwave on high for 3 minutes. Pay attention when baking the rice. If the mozzarella cheese is heated too high or for too long, it will not be drawn.

Tips:

1. Metal containers cannot be used in microwave ovens
2. In the oven, 200℃ for 15-20 minutes
3. Adjust the seasoning according to your own taste
