This microwave version of shrimp skin tofu is simple, convenient and delicious, and has low oil and fat.

Microwave Shrimp Skin Mushroom Tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Shred shiitake mushrooms and carrots, finely dice green onions

3. Cut tofu into small pieces and put in a microwave bowl

4. Put carrots, shiitake mushrooms and shrimp skins

5. Put salt, sesame oil, fresh shellfish or light soy sauce, and some water

6. Put it in the microwave and cover the lid on high heat for 3 minutes, take out, sprinkle with chopped green onion and mix well.
