Microwave Steamed Eggs

Materials needed: eggs, water, salt, vinegar, seafood soy sauce, sesame oil.

Beat the eggs with a whisk (or chopsticks); then add a little salt, then pour in cold boiled water or purified water and stir evenly; filter with a filter.

Wrap it in plastic wrap, insert a toothpick into a few holes, and put it in the microwave.

Usually 1:30-2:00 minutes. Note: Adjust the time incrementally (1 minute for the first time, open the microwave oven door and close it after observation, and hit it again for 30 seconds)
5.
Add the juice (vinegar, seafood soy sauce, sesame oil).
