Milk stewed eggs may be sweet or salty because of different regions or personal tastes. What I make is a milk stew with salt, and some are made by heating the milk to a warm temperature and adding sugar to make desserts. In short, it is breakfast or supper that people like. In addition, I mixed a little celery juice, and it felt like a matcha style.

Milk Stew

1. Beat 2 eggs into a bowl

2. Milk spare

3. Celery juice spare

4. Pour milk into the egg bowl

5. Pour the celery juice into the egg milk liquid, add a little salt, and mix well

6. Filter the egg liquid 2 times

7. Cover the mouth of the bowl with a plastic wrap, steam it on a low heat, and pierce a few small holes in the plastic wrap with a toothpick.

8. This is the steamed effect

9. Put some green onion, soy sauce and sesame oil

Tips:

Filter the egg liquid at home. Use toothpicks to pierce a few small holes in the cling film to prevent a large amount of water vapor from dripping into the bowl. In addition, add or not add vegetable juice.
