Milky Corn Juice
1.
It's better to use the older sweet corn, and just pick it off! It can also be cut with a knife. I think that will lose the most nutritious part, which is the tiny germ in the corn kernel.
2.
Rinse the corn kernels with water
3.
Pour the washed corn kernels into the wall breaker
4.
Add one liter of pure water, turn on the wall breaker, about 2 minutes
5.
Fine corn juice is good, if you like raw corn, you can drink it
6.
Sift the squeezed corn juice so that the corn juice will be smoother and taste better
7.
Add a pack of milk to the sifted corn juice, heat it until it boils, and heat it for another five minutes to drink.
Tips:
It will be more nutritious to pick up the corn kernels by yourself than with a knife. If you really don’t have time, you can also use a knife to cut it.
