Milky Mantou

Prepare a bowl of warm water, add sugar and yeast, stir well, and wait for the yeast to multiply for five minutes. It doesn't matter if there is more yeast.

Under dry conditions, mix flour, milk powder, sugar, and a spoonful of salt;

Pour the fermented yeast water into the raw materials and stir with chopsticks. If there is not enough water, add the water several times to avoid adding too much at one time; add half a bottle of jam from the supermarket, and mix well.

Combine the dough into a smooth ball. I am not smooth because of the jam. The most important thing is to rub the flour crumbs on the surface.

Cover the lid and send it to 1.5 times the original volume

Sprinkle some dry powder on the panel and knead it vigorously

Knead it into a bun shape

Put the lid on the pot and wake up for 20 minutes, or cover the panel with moist gauze and wake up for 20 minutes
9.
Bring to a fire, steam for 15 minutes after the water boils
Tips:
Milk powder and sugar can be more or less, add as appropriate
