Milky Red Bean Cake

Prepare the materials you need, homemade honey red beans, it's very convenient to freeze and keep it when you use it.

Yeast is dissolved in warm water

Mix milk powder and salt in the flour, and pour in the yeast water

Make it into a smooth dough and let it stand for one hour

After the proofed dough is exhausted, divide it into small portions

Take a rolled flat bag and put red beans on it

Wrap it with the mouth down, roll it into a pie, make it all and continue to wake up for 20 minutes

Tips:
There is no room scale for the amount of warm water. It is just right for the dough to be neither soft nor hard.
