Milky White Fish Soup

Prepare the materials

Kill the fish, remove the internal organs, clean it, marinate with salt, cooking wine, and ginger for 20 minutes. After the fish is marinated, use absorbent paper or clean gauze to absorb the water.

Tips:
1. The marinated fish must be dried before frying, so that the fish will not break easily
2. The frying pan must be heated until it smokes, then add oil, and fry the fish. The above two points are the key to good fish frying.
3. The fried fish must be added to boiling water, so that the soup will easily turn white
