Milky Yam Juice

Peel the purple yam and wash it off.

Cut the washed purple yam into slices and then into small dices.

Put the cut purple yam into the food processor and add the same amount of water.

Beat the purple yam medicinal cooking machine into juice.

Pour the beaten purple yam juice into a boiling pot, add milk, the amount of milk is about half of the yam juice.

Bring the milk yam juice to a boil over medium to low heat.

According to personal taste, add appropriate amount of sugar and stir well before serving.
Tips:
1. When making yam juice, the ratio of yam to water is 1:1.
2. You don't need to add more milk, just add half of the yam juice, otherwise the milk flavor is too heavy to reflect the taste of yam.
3. When cooking yam juice, keep stirring to avoid sticking the pot.
4. The amount of sugar can be added according to personal taste or left alone.
