Millet Eight Treasure Congee

Prepare various ingredients, soak the peanut kernels and lotus seeds for 2 hours in advance

Pour about 1500ml of water into the pot and bring it to a boil

Wash the millet and pour it into the boiling water pot with the soaked peanuts and lotus seeds

Stir a few times with a spoon to prevent the bottom from getting muddy

Add a teaspoon of oil, cover (don’t cover tightly, it’s better to leave a small slit), bring the pot to a boil again on high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for about 30 minutes

Peel the yam, cut into small pieces, wash the red dates, longan and wolfberry, and set aside
7.
Pour the yam, red dates, wolfberry, and oatmeal into the pot, stir well with a spoon
8.
Continue to simmer for about 30 minutes
