It used to be rice fried rice, this time I will subvert the traditional millet fried rice. It is said that millet will not cause blood sugar increase like rice. I don't know if it is true. Anyway, I have eaten millet recently. I haven't eaten rice for a long time at home, and I eat it at the work unit.

Millet Fried Rice

1. Cut the cabbage into strips and cut the onion into pieces

2. 2 eggs are finished

3. Stir evenly and put some onions

4. Leftover cooked millet

5. The cooking oil in the hot pan is used to fry eggs

6. Add the beaten egg mixture and start to fry the egg

7. After frying on both sides, pound into pieces with a spatula

8. Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in a separate pot, then flip in the onions, and sauté

9. Add the cabbage and continue to stir fry

10. When the cabbage shreds are slightly soft

11. Pour in cooked millet

12. Millet rice started to stir fry

13. Add the egg and continue to stir fry

14. Finally, pour some soy sauce and stir-fry for a few times to get out of the pot

Tips:

I advocate a light diet, so soy sauce is used for fried rice instead of salt, but the taste is enough. I hope everyone can eat lightly.
