Millet Meatballs

Soak the millet for 2 hours, and control dry water.

Wash ginger, soaked shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and green onions, and cut into cubes (finely).

Wash the horseshoe, peel and cut into cubes.

Along with the minced meat, add eggs, oil, salt, cooking wine, cornstarch, oyster sauce, thirteen incense, and stir in one direction.

Make meatballs and coat them with a layer of millet.

Take a plate and place the cut carrot slices on the bottom of the plate.

Put the prepared balls on the plate and garnish with goji berries.
8.
After the water in the pot is boiled, put the balls in and steam for 15-20 minutes on high heat (the steaming time is determined according to the size of the balls).

Out of the pot.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion, OK! If you think the meatballs have a bland taste, you can dip them in some sauces.

Tips:
1. For beautiful colors, don't add soy sauces.
2. The millet should be soaked in advance.
