Millet Mung Bean Cake

Preparation materials: 150ml of millet, 100ml of peeled mung beans, if there is no peeled mung bean, you can use the mung bean with the skin directly, but the color of the finished product will be almost the same;

Clean the millet and mung beans and soak in water for four hours;

Pour the soaked mung beans and millet into the soymilk machine, add 1200ml of water;

Cover the lid of the soymilk machine and select the rice cereal function;

At the end of the program, the mung bean rice paste is poured out and sieved; (the skin of mung bean with skin will stay on the sieve when sieving)

Put the rice paste into a suitable container, cool it and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours

Take the millet mung bean cake out of the refrigerator, buckle upside down and cut into pieces, serve with honey or condensed milk on a plate
Tips:
1: If there is no peeled mung bean, you can use the mung bean with skin. The mung bean skin will stay on the screen when sieving later, but the color of the finished product will be almost the same; 2: Friends who like sweets can add appropriate amount of sugar to the soymilk machine to make a paste; 3 : If you can use a wall breaker to beat the finished product, it will be more delicate.
