Millet Noodle Knife Cut Steamed Buns

Raw materials: flour, millet noodles, yeast powder.

Mix the yeast powder and water evenly, add it to the flour and millet noodles, knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it grow for 30 minutes.

Move the good dough to the panel and knead to exhaust.

Use a faster knife to cut into moderately sized steamed bun blanks, cover with a damp cloth, and hair for about 15 minutes.

Put the prepared steamed buns into a pot of boiling water and steam for 20 minutes. After turning off the heat, do not open the lid, and simmer for 2 minutes before taking out the steamed buns.

Tips:
Millet noodles can be made with other coarse grains, such as black rice noodles and soba noodles.
