Millet Sea Cucumber Congee

Soak the sea cucumbers in advance and clean them

Put water in the pot, it’s best to use broth, but there is no broth at home, so I will use half of the thick broth instead. After the water is boiled, add the washed millet, then turn to medium-low heat and cook until it is slightly sticky thick

Add sea cucumber, salt and ginger, and cook for 15 minutes

Finally add pepper and chopped green onion to taste
