Millet Sesame Pancakes

                                1.
First wash the millet and dry it in the sun, then use a wall breaker to grind it into powder

                                2.
Then mix millet flour and ordinary flour in a ratio of 1:1, add eggs and an appropriate amount of water, and mix into a smooth and even batter

                                3.
Add chopped green onion and black sesame to the batter and stir well

                                4.
Put a small amount of base oil in a non-stick pan, add a spoon of batter, and spread with a wooden spatula to form even small cakes

                                5.
After setting the shape, use a wooden spatula and fry it over low heat. Finally, fry a slice of ham or bacon, which is more delicious with pancakes.

                                6.
Cut the pancake into pieces, chop the remaining leftovers, and place the sliced ham on top

                                Tips:
If you have other multi-grain noodles at home, you can also replace millet noodles with other multi-grain noodles. However, the proportion of coarse-grained multi-grain noodles should be reduced, otherwise it will affect the taste. Add ham sausage slices with pancakes to eat together, and the taste will be richer.
