Millet Spicy Diced Pork Stir-fried Peas

Dice lean meat, add light soy sauce, cornstarch, salt and oil, mix well and marinate for flavor, dice the spicy millet, dice red pepper, and mince garlic.

Blanch the peas first.

Saute the spicy millet and minced garlic with oil in a hot pan, pour in the diced meat, add a little water and stir fry until the diced meat is cooked.

If you like spicy food, you can just put millet spicy, or add carrots to add color.
