Millet Steamed Ribs

Blanch the ribs and rinse them well.

Then add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, green onion, ginger and garlic, mix well.
3.
Mix with millet that has been soaked in water for at least four hours.
4.
Steam in the pot for an hour.
Tips:
Millet must be soaked, otherwise it will be very hard.
