Millet Steamed Ribs

Prepare the raw materials

Clean the millet and soak it in water for two hours to control excess water

Ribs cut into small pieces

Finely chop ginger, bean paste, and tempeh

Drain the ribs into the boiling water pot, blanch the water and remove them

After the pot is heated, add a proper amount of oil and cook until it is 60% hot. Add the minced ginger, bean paste and tempeh, and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add blanched ribs and stir fry for a good taste

Add millet, a pinch of salt, light soy sauce, stir fry evenly

Put the fried ingredients into a bowl

Put it in a pressure cooker and steam for another half an hour after getting steam

After steaming, pour into a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. Millet must be soaked first and steamed before it becomes soft and waxy;
2. Salt must be put less or not, because the seasoning contains salt.
