Wash the ribs, soak in clean water for 30 minutes, wash several times to remove the blood, 150 grams of millet, wash the carrots and set aside
2.
Wash the millet, soak in clean water for 30 minutes, pour out the water and control the water for later use
3.
Put the cooking wine, sugar, refined salt, soy sauce, and five-spice powder into the ribs in turn, and marinate them for 30 minutes to taste
4.
Carrots cut into thick slices
5.
Place the sliced carrots on the bottom of the plate
6.
Chop the remaining carrots and set aside
7.
Put the marinated ribs on the millet and evenly coat the millet, and place them in a dish with carrots in turn (the step of wrapping the ribs with millet is forgotten, here is an explanation) Finally, put the remaining millet and the sauce of the marinated ribs Pour evenly on the ribs, sprinkle with diced carrots and chopped green onion to garnish
8.
Put water in the steamer, put the ribs in the steamer, count the time after the water is boiled, and steam for 40 minutes on high heat.
Tips:
1. Wash the soaked ribs several times, remove the blood, and marinate the ribs for an hour (I marinated the ribs for too short, not very tasty);
2. The amount of millet is not too much, just enough, it is appropriate to quantify according to the number of ribs;
3. If you like to eat soft and rotten food, you can steam it for a while. If the pork ribs over 500g are steamed for one hour, it will be ok.
