Millet Tofu Shrimp Balls

Prepare an appropriate amount of millet and soak it in cold water for 4 hours.

Remove the head, thread, and skin of the fresh shrimp, and chop into shrimp paste with a knife.

The tofu is crushed with the back of a knife.

Add salt, green onion ginger water, cooking wine, and pepper to the prawn paste and stir.

Add crushed tofu.

Stir well.

Put the stirred fillings into balls, put them on the soaked millet, and shake the container. Let the millet coat evenly.

Make all the millet balls in turn.
9.
Put it in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes on high heat.
Tips:
1. Stir the prawns evenly before adding tofu.
2. The water in the soaked millet should be controlled dry, otherwise the millet is too wet and the balls are not easy to form.
3. Be sure to go to the shrimp line and clean it up.
