Millet Yam Pear Porridge

Prepare the required ingredients, pour clean water into the millet bowl, gently stir with your hands to wash away the surface dust, and finally soak in clean water for more than 2 hours;

Pour 6 times the amount of millet water into the rice cooker, select the porridge function, boil the water, then pour millet and a few drops of cooking oil, and continue to cook;

Peel off the skin of the iron rod yam, clean it, then use the back of a knife to slap the yam into pieces, then chop it into mud, or directly use a mopping tool to rub it into a fine velvet;

After simmering for about 30 minutes on low heat, pour the yam into the pot, stir evenly with a spoon, continue to cover the pot, and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat;

Treat the pears when boiling, take appropriate amount of salt to scrub the surface of the pears, fully wash away the wax and dirt on the surface of the peel, rinse with water, and finally cut in half with a knife, remove the middle pit, and cut into thin slices;

Finally, add rock sugar and pear slices, continue to cook for 10 minutes, cover the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes after cooking, let it cool naturally;
