Cut into cubes and soak in water

Wash the northern Shaanxi millet and set aside. (The oily millet in northern Shaanxi only needs to be washed once or twice)

Make a pot of water and boil it, don’t add water if you have enough water

Down into the yam.

Add the millet after boiling again.

Bring to a boil, low heat for more than 30 minutes until it is sticky

Tips: 1. Choose good materials, preferably Henan iron rod yam and northern Shaanxi millet.
2. Some friends like to add soda noodles when making porridge, but don't put them in the millet porridge, it will break the vitamin B.
3. Boil millet porridge with plenty of water, rather more than less, for more than 30 minutes, it’s better not to be afraid of time. The longer you make an appointment, you must not use a pressure cooker for millet porridge. The porridge I have tried is not sticky, but It's relatively soft, not good.
