Minced Meat Garlic Choy Sum

Garlic smashed, minced meat.

Wash the choy sum.

Boil hot water from the pot, put a spoonful of salt, and drip a few drops of oil into it. Put the washed choy sum and cook for two minutes. Fish out and put on the plate. Heat the oil in another pot, add garlic and stir fry until fragrant, then quickly stir-fry the minced meat. Pour into a small half bowl of the water just used to cook the choy sum, add salt, chicken essence, and soy sauce to taste and bring to a boil. Just pour it on the noodles.
Tips:
This dish should be nicely arranged on a long plate.
