Minced Meat Vermicelli

The vermicelli is soaked in boiling water to soften, and then cut off with drained water.

Finely chop chives and garlic, and cut millet pepper into circles.

Chop the minced meat and set aside.

Add oil to the pot, heat it up on high heat, add the minced garlic and green onion to stir up the aroma.

Stir in the minced meat and stir-fry until slightly charred.

Add the bean paste.

Add the chili sauce.

Pour in the soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add about 30ml of water.

Add the vermicelli and stir fry evenly until the juice is collected.

Add the chopped green onion and millet pepper before serving and stir well.

Serve on the table.
