Minced Meat with Noodles

Prepare minced pork, minced shrimp, shredded shiitake mushrooms, crispy onion, minced onion, minced garlic, minced chili, minced ginger, and pepper.

Prepare salad oil, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chicken powder, rock sugar powder (crushed with a hammer), cooking wine (I used brandy), light soy sauce.

Put one tablespoon each of sesame oil and salad oil in the hot pot, heat up, add minced dried shrimps, fried onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger until you smell the fragrance.

Pour in minced chili, minced meat, shredded shiitake mushrooms, minced onion, and pepper noodles, add light soy sauce, rock sugar, oyster sauce, cooking wine (brandy), chicken essence, put in two bowls of water, boil on high heat for about 10 minutes.

Pour into a clay pot and simmer over low heat.

Simmer until the juice thickens.
