Minced Pork Convolvulus Stems

Mince the meat, cut the water spinach stalk into small sections, and smash the garlic for later use.

Heat up the wok and put an appropriate amount of oil, add a little soy sauce, add the minced pork and stir fry until fragrant. Finally, add water spinach stalks and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, then let the salt out of the pan.

Tips:
It is easier to stir-fry minced pork with a little vinegar.
