Whether the dough is much bigger, take out the kneading dough, let out the gas, and then ferment for another 30 minutes.

Take out the dough and roll it out into a rectangle, cut it into a triangle with an oblique knife, and cut a small cut at the top to roll it up. When the dough is finished, put egg wash on the small corner and roll it up.

Wait for 50 minutes to ferment, spread the egg mixture on the oven, and preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 8 minutes.

Tips:
The oven must be preheated, the dough must be fermented a second time, and the fermentation time must be sufficient.
