This mini garland was originally intended to be released on the Mid-Autumn Festival, but it has not been sorted out due to various reasons. This bread means to spend a full moon. It uses a 4-inch mini cake mold. It happens that there is homemade peanut butter at home, rolled into the bread, and it smells delicious. Of course, with a cup of coffee or milk, it is the perfect breakfast or afternoon tea.

Mini Garland Bread

1. Mix all the ingredients except butter and knead it into a thicker film

2. Add butter

3. Knead to the expansion stage

4. Cover cling film

5. Ferment in the oven or in a warm place to 2 times the size

6. Exhaust the fermented dough, divide it into 8 pieces, each about 16 grams, knead into a dough, let it rest for 15 minutes

7. Take a dough, roll it into an oval shape, turn it over, flatten it on the side, and smear it with peanut butter

8. Roll up from top to bottom, pinch the mouth tightly

9. Use a spatula to cut into 2 portions, with the bottom facing up, and drain into a 4-inch hollow mold

10. Fermented twice as large, brushed with egg liquid

11. Preheat the oven 180 degrees, the second layer, bake for 20 minutes

Tips:

1. The baking temperature depends on the temper of your own oven.
2. Peanut butter can also be replaced by other sauces.
3. Pay attention to closing and pinching when rolling.
