The mini pizza made by Mr. Junzhi is really good! The small one is easy to eat and can be made in a variety of flavors. This time I made two flavors of salmon and shrimp!

Mini Pizza

1. Add the milk, salad oil, salt, sugar, and butter in the main ingredients to the bread bucket

2. Then put the pizza powder and yeast in the main ingredients, and start the dough mixing process

3. And into a smooth dough

4. Prove the dough to double its size

5. After taking it out, squeeze it and vent it round, wrap it in plastic wrap and relax it for 15 minutes

6. Roll out the loose dough

7. Use a mold to buckle out a small circle, and then knead the rest to form a dough. Roll out a large circle to make a small circle.

8. Prepare the ingredients, marinate the shrimp and salmon with salt, crushed black pepper and lemon juice for a while, blanch the mixed vegetables for later use

9. Put the discs in a baking dish lined with greased paper

10. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on each round dough

11. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

Tips:

The dough must be loosened thoroughly and then rolled out, otherwise the round dough will shrink back!
The ingredients are adjusted according to your preference. If there is no pizza flour, I will use high flour.
