Homemade Pizza Crust

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the kneading program.

After the first kneading, add butter, start kneading again, and knead until the surface of the dough is smooth and a film appears.

Divide the dough into 2 portions, knead round, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes.

Roll out the loose dough, put it into a 6-inch round mold, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it in a warm place to ferment to about 1 times its original volume.

Pierce holes in the bottom of the fermented cake.

After preheating the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, put it in the middle layer and bake for 8-10 minutes until the surface is golden.

Demould after baking. When not in use, it can be put into a fresh-keeping bag and placed in the refrigerator for freezer storage.
Tips:
1. This is a semi-finished pizza dough. When used for making pizza, just brush the bottom of the baked pie with tomato sauce, put in your favorite diced meat, onion rings, vegetables and mozzarella cheese, and bake it in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. .
2. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 30 days.
3. If there is no pizza flour, you can use high-gluten flour or common wheat flour instead.
