Mini Sesame Crisps

Add eggs to the corn oil (use it when you leave a little egg liquid to brush the surface).

Add sugar.

Add baking powder and salt. Stir thoroughly with a whisk.

Sift in low powder.

Stir up and down. Mix into a smooth dough and cover with plastic wrap for about 20 minutes.

Divide evenly into 20 green bodies, (about 11 grams each) and put them into the baking tray.

Flatten it gently and brush with egg wash.

Sprinkle some black sesame seeds.

After preheating the oven to 170 degrees, put it in the middle and lower layer and bake for 10 minutes.

Then at 160 degrees, put the middle and upper layer and bake for 8 minutes.

Take out the baking tray and let it cool naturally.

Serve ready to serve.
Tips:
1. It melts in your mouth and is very crisp and fragrant.
2. Brush the egg liquid to stick the sesame seeds firmly.
3. The roasting time is for reference only.
