The beef shank that I bought before is put into an electric pressure cooker with the ready-made brine juice for 30 minutes, and then sliced after cooling. I want to change the taste, so I boil it into brine beef first, and then perform secondary processing. You can adjust the sauce to spicy or other flavors, just like I used mint leaves and Seasoned with lemon juice, it feels like eating Southeast Asian dishes, and the hot and sour taste is very refreshing. Friends you like can try! New Year’s Eve dinner comes with a new taste of cold dishes, it should be good! "

Mint Lemon Beef Slices

1. Cut the fresh beef shank in half.

2. Boil water in a pot, add some cooking wine and ginger slices, remove the washed blood foam after changing the color.

3. Put the beef shank into the electric pressure cooker and add the lo-mei packet, salt and appropriate amount of water (the lo-mei packet I bought is ready-made. I saw that the ingredients mainly include star anise, cinnamon, cumin, tangerine peel, and Chinese pepper).

4. Press the electric pressure cooker for 30 minutes.

5. Time is up, soak for a while.

6. Take it out and put it in the refrigerator. This is brine beef, which is actually ready to eat.

7. Prepare the dipping sauce: Take a small bowl, add light soy sauce, salt, balsamic vinegar, sugar and a little original soup and mix well, then add chopped garlic, green onion, spicy millet, mint leaves, and squeeze lemon juice.

8. Also prepare some lemon slices and mint leaves.

9. Cut the beef into thin slices and put it on the plate.

10. Pour the dipping sauce on the beef or eat it as a dip.

11. We ate it after mixing it well.

12. Began to eat.

Tips:

My lo-mei package is a ready-made one, mainly including star anise, cinnamon, cumin, tangerine peel, and Chinese pepper. The brine beef is just a base taste, as long as the taste is not very salty, it is mainly seasoned by the dipping water at the back.
