Misan Knife

Dough: 40 grams of all-purpose flour, 10 grams of salad oil, 20 grams of water and a smooth dough for 15 minutes

Sugar dough: 300 grams of all-purpose flour, 160 grams of maltose (maltose is dissolved with a little warm water), 60 grams of water, 50 grams of salad oil, 2 grams of baking powder and a smooth dough cover and proof for 15 minutes

Roll the dough into a square rectangle

Roll the sugar dough into a 1 cm thick square rectangle, the same size as the dough
