Boil water in the pot, add the rice noodles and cook, stirring to prevent the rice noodles from sticking to the pot.

Open the lid and cook on high heat for about three minutes, cover and cook for another two minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Rinse off the rice milk with cold water.

Soak the rice noodles in boiling water.

Filter the water and set aside.

Prepare salted vegetables, cooked peanuts, and minced garlic.

Pour the rice noodles into a large bowl, add peanuts, minced garlic, salted vegetables, green onions, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, a small amount of dark soy sauce, homemade chili oil, a small amount of salt, sesame oil, and stir well.

Pour into a bowl and start eating. A soft-boiled egg was added for breakfast.
