Mixed Balls and Vegetable Soup

Prepare meatballs, ham, potatoes, lotus root, tofu skin and mushrooms.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and chili and stir fry.

Add two bowls of water.

Add some chili sauce.
5.
Add lotus root and potatoes.

Add meatballs and ham.

Add mushrooms and bean curd.

With salt.

Add chicken essence.

Add some pepper oil.
11.
Add some green onions.

Cook until all the vegetables are cooked.
13.
In a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Tips:
1. Vegetables and meat are added one after the other according to the easy-cooking procedure.
2. If you like to eat spicy food, add hot pot ingredients or chili sauce to taste better.
