Mixed Convolvulus Leaves

Wash water spinach leaves, finely chop ginger, garlic, and red pepper (for garnish).

Blanch water spinach leaves, remove and drain, and serve.

Stir the garlic in a pot over low heat, turn off the heat, pour it on the water spinach leaves, add salt, pepper, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir evenly, serve and sprinkle with chopped red pepper for decoration.
Tips:
Adding salt and oil when blanching the water will make the water spinach brighter and brighter.
