After the autumn harvest every year, my aunt will send home dried radish sticks, a pickle that I love especially, just this side dish can be eaten with a bowl of freshly cooked rice, haha, it's simply delicious.

Ingredients

Mixed Dried Radish

1. Grab a handful of dried radishes and wash them.

2. Soak in warm water for half an hour. If you are in a hurry, just soak in hot water for a while.

3. Pour out the water, squeeze the dried radishes by hand, add a little salt, the salt has been added when sun-dried, the dried radishes themselves have a salty taste, you must put less, or even keep them.

4. Add a little sugar, in order to improve the taste, the taste will be reduced by a level without sugar.

5. Pour less soy sauce and stick a little bit on each dried radish.

6. Add a little sesame oil, the flavor is very strong.

7. Pour a little chili powder on top, or add chili oil directly if there is chili oil.

8. Put oil in the wok and cook.

9. Pour the boiling oil on the chili powder, you will hear the sound of zila zila, a very beautiful melody.

10. Just mix it well.

Tips:

It is a quick pickle for dinner. If you want to eat dried radish, mix it with hot water. If you like spicy food, put more chili oil, it is very fragrant. You can also add more soy sauce, soaking in soy sauce for an hour is also delicious, but for health reasons, eat less high-salt foods. Although pickles are delicious, they also need to be nutritionally paired with vegetables and meat to eat.
