Mixed Enoki Mushrooms

After soaking enoki mushrooms in cold water, blanch them in boiling water, drain the water, and set aside

Shred carrots, blanch in boiling water, drain the water, set aside

Wash the red pepper, dice and blanch slightly, set aside

Put the above three in a container, add salt, soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, monosodium glutamate, drip into the sesame oil, mix well and put on a plate
Tips:
1. Eat enoki mushrooms with a mixture. Choose tender ones and blanch them, otherwise they will cause stomach trouble or poisoning
2. If you don’t eat spicy food, you don’t need to add chili oil.
